Banking uses three authentication methods
- Mobile token (push notification in eBank Go)
- SMS password
- PIN code for transactions made in eBank Go

Services within the electronic banking system
- viewing accounts, account history, transfer confirmations
- submitting payment orders (transfer orders Elixir, Express Elixir, Sorbnet, transfers with split payment) in domestic transactions, in PLN
- submitting withdrawal orders in foreign exchange, from accounts in PLN and convertible currencies
- importing transfers, templates
- submitting and canceling standing orders in domestic transactions
- recharging mobile phones
- viewing information on payment card operations
- submitting an application for the parental benefit “Family 500 plus”
- currency exchange at negotiated rates
- opening and closing time deposits from the funds available on the account holder’s accounts at the Bank – this only applies to time deposits opened in the electronic banking system
- viewing and repaying loans
- creating a database of contractors/templates for whom orders are submitted
- setting up and using the moje ID service (trusted profile)
- correspondence with the Bank
