Complaints and claims

The Cooperative Bank in Szczytno makes every effort to ensure that the services provided and products offered meet market standards, and that customer service is always at the highest level.
However, if you are not satisfied with the services we provide or the product in our offer did not meet your expectations – you can file a complaint or claim regarding the availability of services in one of the following ways:

  • electronically – write through the electronic banking system or to the address

  • in writing – by sending a letter to the address:

  • in person – at the nearest branch

A complaint may concern various aspects of lack of accessibility, including:

  • the Bank's website for people with special needs (e.g. lack of screen reader compatibility);
  • the Bank's mobile application for people with special needs (e.g. lack of touch-free operation);
  • the way the Bank provides the service or documents and information about the provided service (e.g. lack of the possibility to receive a contract in enlarged print or in audio format).

The response to your submitted complaint will be sent in writing to the correspondence address or by email.
Additionally, you have the right to appeal against the decision of the Cooperative Bank in Szczytno, among others, to:

  • The Arbitration Court at the Financial Supervision Commission
  • The common court in a civil lawsuit
  • The Financial Ombudsman
