e-Delivery is a new, additional way to contact our bank. It is the electronic equivalent of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
With it:
- you can send and receive documents and data electronically, without having to send them in traditional, paper format;
- you will always receive proof of sending and delivery;
- your data is always protected against loss, theft, or alteration.
Why have we enabled e-Delivery at our Bank?
On October 5, 2021, the Act of November 18, 2020, on electronic delivery, entered into force. The Act introduced, among other things, a public service of registered electronic delivery. The effective date for the use of e-Delivery for banks is April 1, 2025.
How can you use the e-Delivery service?
You will only be able to submit complaints to the e-Delivery address once this service is made available by the Designated Operator.
This service is currently not yet active. To contact us via electronic delivery in the future, you must have your own mailbox and be a user of this service.
Where can you find more information?
Information about the e-Delivery service, its launch date, and answers to frequently asked questions can be found on the government website: https://www.gov.pl/web/e-doreczenia.
