Beware of illegal gambling games on the Internet!
According to Polish law* participation in gambling games organized
on the Internet by entities that do not have the appropriate permission is prohibited.
- Payment service providers are required to block payments related to illegal gambling. This also applies to payments made to entities listed in the Register of Domains Used for Offering Gambling Games in violation of the Act maintained by the Ministry of Finance. The full list of domain names entered into the Register is available at https://hazard.mf.gov.pl/
- If you try to pay on such a site, the transaction may be automatically rejected. There may also be a blocking of funds or the entire account.
- We remind you that it is prohibited to use cards or other instruments or payment services offered by the Cooperative Bank in Szczytno for transactions related to illegal gambling.
- It is also prohibited to receive winnings from illegal gambling games.
Participation in illegal gambling is a crime
- Participation in foreign or illegal gambling games is a tax crime and is subject to a fine.
- Additionally, you may be fined an amount equal to 100% of your winnings without reducing it by the deposited stakes.
Be aware of the dangers. Do not take risks!
