The Actual Annual Interest Rate (APR) is: 6.96% based on the following assumptions: total loan amount: 315,500.00 PLN (excluding financed costs), loan term: 249 months; own contribution: 20.00% of the property value; variable loan interest rate: 6.55% per annum – calculated as the sum of the current reference rate: variable WIBOR 3M rate: 4.06% and the Bank's margin of 2.49%. Monthly installment: 2,321.83 PLN, total number of installments: 249. Total loan cost: 267,588.97 PLN, including: total amount of interest over the entire loan period: 262,637.47 PLN, loan origination fee: 1.50% of the loan amount amounting to: 4,732.50 PLN. Cost of establishing a mortgage: 200.00 PLN, tax on civil law transactions (PCC 3): 19.00 PLN. The total loan cost does not include the following costs: cost of insuring the financed property outside the Bank's offer, cost of property valuation, and cost of life insurance for the Borrower outside the Bank's offer, as the Bank does not provide these additional services to consumers. The total amount to be paid is: 583,088.97 PLN. The loan interest rate is variable and may increase during the term of the loan agreement due to the increase in the WIBOR 3M reference rate, resulting in an increase in the amount of the loan installment to be repaid.

Monthly installment: 2,316.19 PLN for the first 60 months, and in subsequent years 2,321.17 PLN, total number of installments: 249. Total loan cost: 267,124.08 PLN, including: total amount of interest over the entire loan period: 262,172.58 PLN, loan origination fee: 1.50% of the loan amount amounting to: 4,732.50 PLN. Cost of establishing a mortgage: 200.00 PLN, tax on civil law transactions (PCC 3): 19.00 PLN.
