UniLokata

UniLokata is a savings and investment program in which half of the funds are deposited in a term deposit, and half are invested in investment funds.

The most important features of UniLokata are:

  • term deposit interest rate of 2.00% per year + investment profit,
  • minimum deposit of 2,500.00 PLN, maximum 25,000.00 PLN,
  • the option for the Client to choose the term for which they open the deposit – 3 or 6 months,
  • the option to choose between two portfolios – Stable Growth or Balanced,
  • funds deposited in UniLokata are divided in a 50/50 proportion,
  • the possibility for the Client to open more than one UniLokata,
  • the option to leave funds in the fund portfolio after the UniLokata term ends.

Neither the funds nor sub-funds guarantee the achievement of the intended investment goal or obtaining a specific investment result. The participant must take into account the possibility of losing at least part of the invested funds. The sub-funds allocated within the UniFundusze FIO fund: Unikorona Bonds, UniStable Growth can invest more than 35% of their assets in securities issued, guaranteed, or secured by the State Treasury and the NBP.
The sub-fund allocated within the UniFundusze FIO fund: UniBonds: New Europe can invest more than 35% of its assets in securities issued, guaranteed, or secured by: (i) the State Treasury, NBP, (ii) the following countries belonging to the European Union or OECD: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Mexico, Germany, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States, Switzerland, Sweden, Turkey, Hungary, United Kingdom, Italy, (iii) the following international financial institutions: European Investment Bank and World Bank (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development).
