Notice to customers on the planned discontinuation of publishing WIBID and WIBOR

This information concerns customers who use products based on WIBOR or WIBID.
On 18 May 2026, the reference rate administrator GPW Benchmark S.A. and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority published announcements regarding the gradual phasing out of selected WIBOR and WIBID interest rate benchmarks.
It follows from these announcements that the most commonly used benchmarks — i.e., WIBOR1M, WIBOR3M, WIBOR6M and WIBID1M, WIBID3M, WIBID6M — will be published until 31 December 2036. This means that after 31 December 2036 these benchmarks will no longer be calculated and published by the administrator and therefore cannot continue to be used in financial instruments and contracts, e.g., as a component of the interest rate on a loan or a deposit.
The announcements are available on the GPW Benchmark website and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority website.
If there are changes affecting your agreement, the Bank will provide appropriate information separately.
