• No commission for granting the guarantee
• Long credit period: 183 months for investment loans
• Reduction of credit interest costs through the possibility of obtaining a subsidy for interest repayment
• Securing the guarantee in favor of BGK – only a blank promissory note

• Guarantee scope up to 80% of the loan capital amount.
   
• Maximum guarantee periods:
  1. non-revolving working capital loans (linked to investment loans): 51 months 
  2. investment loans: 183 months (guarantee in public aid formula) or 120 months (guarantee in de minimis aid formula).
   
• Maximum guarantee amount:
  1. investment loan – 5 million PLN or 9 million PLN - pig farmers,
  2. working capital loan – up to 20% of the investment loan amount.
   
• Subsidy for interest repayment
  1. the maximum subsidy amount is 4% or 8% of the loan amount for each 12-month loan period,
  2. the subsidy covers a maximum of 24 months, and for pig farmers increasing the sow herd, 48 months, counting from the date of launching the loan covered by the guarantee from Agromax.

• A farmer and a “young farmer” (aged no more than 40).
• A farmer conducting unregistered activity within agricultural retail trade (RHD) or marginal, local, and limited production (MOL).
• Micro, small, and medium-sized entrepreneurs from the agricultural product processing sector.
• Entrepreneurs being SMEs (including water cooperatives) providing services for agriculture and forestry

• Flexibility in managing one's own assets – no need to pledge them for the part covered by the guarantee;
• More favorable than standard financing terms at the lending bank (transfer of benefits);
• No cost of securing the loan;
• Reduction of loan interest costs through the possibility of obtaining a subsidy for interest repayment;
• All formalities related to granting the guarantee and the loan handled in one place, i.e., the lending bank.
