Preferential loan with ARiMR subsidies
Preferential loans can be obtained on special terms for financing agricultural processing, purchasing real estate, and for activities related to compensation due to natural disasters. Areas of support for loans awarded with subsidies:
- RR Line – investment in agriculture and inland fisheries
- Z Line – purchase of agricultural land
RR Line
A loan with ARiMR subsidies for interest on investments in agriculture and inland fisheries from the RR credit line can finance investment needs, including those related to: construction, reconstruction or renovation combined with modernization of buildings and structures, purchase of new or used (not older than 5 years) fixed assets, or purchase of buildings or structures serving agricultural production, etc.
•maximum loan amount for:
◦farms – 80% of the value of investment outlays but not more than 5 million PLN
◦specialized agricultural production or inland fisheries – 70% of the value of investment outlays, even up to 8 million PLN
•loan period – up to 15 years
Z Line
A loan with ARiMR subsidies for interest on purchasing agricultural land from the Z credit line is designated solely for purchasing agricultural land.
•maximum loan amount - 80% of the value of investment outlays, not more than 5 million PLN
•loan period – up to 15 years

The preferential loan with ARiMR subsidies is available under the terms specified for a given credit line, upon meeting the required conditions and a positive assessment of the application by the Bank. Subsidies may cover part of the interest or capital, in accordance with the rules of the program and within the available funds.
