The main features of UniLokata are:
- annual deposit interest rate of 2.00% + profit from investments,
- minimum deposit of 2,500.00 PLN, maximum 25,000.00 PLN,
- the ability for the Client to choose the period for which the deposit is made – 3 or 6 months,
- the ability to choose between two portfolios – Stable Growth or Balanced,
- the funds deposited in UniLokata are divided in a 50/50 ratio,
- the ability for the Client to open more than one UniLokata,
- the ability to leave funds in the fund portfolio after the expiry of the UniLokata.

The sub-fund of the UniFundusze FIO fund: UniObligations: New Europe may invest more than 35% of the value of its assets in securities issued, guaranteed, or backed by: (i) the State Treasury, NBP, (ii) the following countries belonging to the European Union or OECD: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Mexico, Germany, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States, Switzerland, Sweden, Turkey, Hungary, United Kingdom, Italy, (iii) the following international financial institutions: European Investment Bank and World Bank (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development).
