During this time, the following will be unavailable:
- card activation and blocking (blocking a card will only be possible via the hotline),
- card applications,
- limit changes,
- the Kartosfera portal,
- transaction notifications,
- mobile and online banking,
- BLIK code generation.
On Sunday, September 27, between 00:30 and 02:30, there may also be temporary disruptions to:
- mobile and online banking,
- BLIK payments (including phone-to-phone transfers),
- express and international transfers, as well as SORBNET transfers,
- logging in to the Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany) via banking services,
- the e-Kantor service.
If possible, please complete any important transactions beforehand. We apologize for any inconvenience.
